Being a young and passionate bike enthusiast, Nathan has now mixed that passion with work and opened 1st Project. Nathan’s aim is to create a store where all levels of cyclist can be comfortable to bring their bike in and know they will be greeted with exceptional service and be exposed to some of the best cycling products on the market.

 

 

Having worked in the industry for more than a decade in varying roles both Wholesale, Retail and on the tools, Ryan’s experience and knowledge of the industry is vast and he has come on board with 1st Project to drive a customer focused approach to bicycle retailing no matter level of rider. Ryan is always happy to chat war stories of rides or races from the past….and drive ongoing banter in store.

 

 

Pete basically grew up in a bike shop, having started as a bike builder/junior mechanic in the early 2000’s and continuing that career to become Workshop Manager for many of the best bike shops in Victoria. Outside of his career in shop’s, you will find Pete travelling the world with the Australian Cycling Team as a mechanic for Road and Track World Cup and World Championship events. Pete came on board at 1st Project early on in the progression of the business to shape the workshop and provide world class mechanical services to the wider cycling community, Pete is also our Chief in charge of good times in store
